We are seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, typically for a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly. The role involves managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and providing surgical and non-surgical treatments. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
