Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role requires obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited nursing program to maintain employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient responses, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- No prior experience or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to obtain nursing licensure within 90 days of graduation.
