Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, person-centered care to seniors across various settings including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate high-quality clinical care tailored to residents’ needs
- Manage medications and treatments effectively
- Support residents’ dignity, well-being, and quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Build supportive relationships with residents and their families
- Contribute to achieving positive quality outcomes in a respectful, values-driven environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Strong compassion and commitment to person-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to support residents’ dignity and independence
- Experience in diverse senior care settings is preferred
