Role: Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality clinical care to residents in a continuing care retirement community.
- Conduct resident assessments and ongoing monitoring to support safety, comfort, and wellness.
- Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments in accordance with clinical standards.
- Coordinate and support resident care plans through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Educate residents and families on health needs, care processes, and wellness goals.
- Document clinical information accurately and maintain complete, timely records.
- Collaborate to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold facility and clinical policies.
- Provide professional, resident-first care while supporting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
