Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered nursing care focused on residents’ comfort, well-being, and dignity.
- Monitor health status, observe and report changes, and follow care plans and clinical standards.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN or LPN licensure.
