Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide high-quality nursing care to senior residents in a supportive, research-driven healthcare environment. Contribute to excellent geriatric care by delivering compassionate, patient-centered services and supporting the healthcare team in meeting residents’ clinical and comfort needs.
Key Duties
- Assess residents’ health needs and monitor vital signs and overall condition
- Administer medications and provide treatments per care plans and clinical standards
- Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and comfort
- Document care accurately and communicate changes to the care team
- Support residents and families with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN licensure
- Experience and genuine interest in geriatric and senior care
- Strong clinical judgment, observation, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach and ability to collaborate
