Seeking a general surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site surgical services for approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly.
Responsibilities include managing medically complex patients, supporting return to work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the practicing state, MD or DO degree from an accredited university, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery. Must also have medical malpractice insurance.
