We are seeking a general surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor at our healthcare facility. This flexible role involves treating patients during
a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
- Assist in managing medically complex patients, promoting return to work and functional recovery.
- Provide both non-surgical and surgical services for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
- Collaborate with medical and therapy teams, communicate with employers, and participate in case management.
Qualifications include
• Experience with work-related injuries
• State licensure
• MD or DO degree
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery
• Malpractice insurance coverage
