General Surgeon Independent 1099

We are seeking a general surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities include treating patients during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, focusing on medically complex cases,
expediting return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. The position involves
both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injury management and active
case communication with employers.

Qualifications include

preferred experience with work-related injuries,

licensure in the state,

MD or DO degree from an accredited program,

unrestricted DEA license,

board certification or eligibility in general surgery,

and medical malpractice insurance.

Compensation is based on a revenue share model, and the role supports work-life flexibility. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in accordance with applicable laws.
