General Surgeon Independent 1099

We are seeking a General Surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor at our healthcare facility. This role involves providing non-surgical and surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal care for medically complex patients, primarily during

a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly

. The position supports case management, collaborates with medical and therapy teams, and helps facilitate patients’ return to work and functional recovery.

Qualifications include

board certification or eligibility in General Surgery

experience with work-related injuries (preferred)

state licensure, DEA license, and malpractice insurance

.
