Key responsibilities
- Provide bread-and-butter general surgery care across a wide range of cases.
- Perform and support endoscopy and colonoscopy services.
- Manage gastrointestinal bleeding and other acute surgical cases.
- Contribute to growth and development of local surgical services.
Qualifications & skills
- Experienced general surgeon with broad-scope community hospital practice capability.
- Strong procedural and clinical competence in general surgery.
- Competence in GI endoscopy and colonoscopy.
- Ability to assess, stabilize, and manage acute surgical presentations.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to improving local access to surgical care.
