The General Anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia services across multiple outpatient surgical centers in Virginia Beach, VA.
Perform patient evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and manage perioperative care. Administer and monitor general and regional anesthesia, adjusting as needed. Supervise certified registered nurse anesthetists and mentor trainees. Conduct pre- and post-anesthesia assessments, manage airway, and handle complications. Order tests, maintain records, and collaborate with surgical teams. Requires MD/DO, VA license, BC/BE in anesthesiology, 3+ years experience, and strong regional skills.
