Role: Outpatient Gastroenterologist in a clinic located in the Florida Keys, serving a community near Key Largo, with proximity to Miami and Key West.
Responsibilities:
– Provide outpatient GI services with 1-2 procedure days for scopes and 3-4 office days.
– Perform procedures at a hospital setting.
– Collaborate with clinic staff, including Medical Assistants.
– Participate in credentialing at the local hospital.
– Maintain high-quality patient care in a community-focused environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Board certification in Gastroenterology is required.
– Ability to perform scopes and other GI procedures.
– Excellent communication and clinical skills.
– Willingness to relocate to the community.
Key Duties:
– Deliver outpatient GI care without call or weekend responsibilities.
– Contribute to a newly established clinic, which will be operational within 60 days.
– Ensure compliance with malpractice coverage with tail coverage.
