**Job Purpose:**
Provide in-home, community-based family therapy using evidence-based Functional Family Therapy through Child Welfare (FFT-CW). Responsibilities include conducting weekly sessions with a caseload of 10-12 families, completing intensive training, and collaborating with families and community stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related fields with 2+ years of human services experience (or related degrees with relevant experience).
– Valid PA driver’s license, access to insured vehicle, and clearances (Act 33/34, FBI).
– Strong clinical, decision-making, and cultural sensitivity skills.
