Functional Family Therapist – $4,000 Hiring Bonus

This full-time Therapist II – Functional Family role offers a $4,000 hiring bonus paid in installments and a salary ranging from $49,000 to $52,000 annually.

The position involves providing in-home, community-based family therapy using the evidence-based Functional Family Therapy – Child Welfare (FFT-CW) model. The therapist will manage a caseload of 10-12 families, delivering weekly sessions for 4-6 months, and must complete specialized FFT-CW training and consultation.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, criminal justice, or education, with relevant experience in human services or mental health services. Essential skills involve cultural sensitivity, strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities encompass delivering high-fidelity FFT-CW services, engaging families, conducting assessments, documenting case progress, and collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet family needs.
