Full-Time Registered Respiratory Therapist

Role Overview:

Seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory treatments. The role requires applying advanced clinical expertise, ensuring patient safety, and delivering age-appropriate care while adhering to regulatory standards and quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities include effective communication within healthcare teams, educating patients and staff on respiratory procedures, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and supporting critical care activities such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, and sleep lab services. The role demands independent application of clinical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications include

an Associate degree from an accredited program,

certifications such as Respiratory Care Practitioner and RRT,

and

basic life support certification.

Preference is given to candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree.
