Role Overview: This position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a dynamic advisory team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and services.
- Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics areas.
- Provide expertise on payer, provider, or PBM operations, supporting transformation projects.
- Build client relationships, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership.
- Manage project performance, budgets, and issue resolution to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare reforms, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven success in leading large, complex transformation projects with stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
