Key Responsibilities

- Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
- Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
- Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
