Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities to enhance quality of life. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs and personal care
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans
• Ensure safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Develop enriching experiences for Memory Care residents

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
