Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering meaningful relationships while assisting with daily activities to promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Engage residents through conversation and participation in daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
