Role: Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced acute medical unit.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care.
Administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patients’ clinical status.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families, ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR.
