Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Float Pool
Provide high-quality, evidence-based inpatient nursing care across multiple units, adapting to diverse patient populations and acuity levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and manage medication safety
- Develop, update, and implement nursing care plans
- Educate patients and families on care, treatments, and recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives
- Act as a resource nurse as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Medication administration competency and attention to safety
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing unit needs and patient acuity
- Effective communication and patient/family education skills
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality and safety
