Role: Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in an Acute Care Float Pool, providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple inpatient units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring across diverse patient populations and acuity levels.
- Administer medications safely and accurately according to clinical standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient and family education to support understanding and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
- Support quality and safety initiatives and serve as a resource nurse when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current RN licensure and strong acute care nursing experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying units, patient needs, and acuity levels.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and care planning skills.
