Provide practical nursing care while serving as a float nurse across multiple hospital units. Deliver patient-centered bedside care, assist with assessments and treatment plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe, effective outcomes.
Key Duties
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and unit protocols
- Monitor patients, report changes in condition, and support timely clinical interventions
- Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by the care team
- Coordinate care needs with nurses, physicians, and other team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and infection control practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different unit environments and patient care needs
