Financial Due Diligence Associate

The Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence role involves supporting buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence,
accounting advisory services, IPO assistance, and restructuring for clients including Fortune 1000 companies and private equity investors.

Key responsibilities include interface with senior client executives, analyzing target company data to identify financial trends, risks, and valuation considerations, and creating tailored transaction reports focusing on earnings normalization, valuation assumptions, and financial statements.

Qualifications required are a minimum of three years of experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top public accounting firm, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or CPA eligibility, and strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC issues, IFRS, or M&A.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to travel are essential. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
