The Family Preservation Therapist provides brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
Responsibilities include intake assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, discharge, and aftercare planning. Collaborates with DHHS and Skillbuilder to help families develop healthier habits and relationships. Offers a supportive environment promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Starting pay ranges from $40-$60/hour, with drive time paid at $30/hour, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities up to $5,000 in the first 9 months.
