Family Practice Physician with United Community Health Center in storm Lake, IA

We seek a compassionate MD or DO (Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine) to provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, in a community-focused setting.

Deliver direct medical care, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate patient records.

Assist leadership in clinical activities, supervise staff, and help develop quality and risk management programs.

Participate in community outreach, health education, and professional organizations.

Facilitate staff development, mentor clinical team members, and support training of students and residents.

Ensure compliance with policies, manage referral networks, and promote positive community relationships.

Qualifications include excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to obtain licensure and prescribing authority in Iowa. Skills in medical management, project coordination, and familiarity with healthcare regulations are essential.
