The Physician provides comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, supervising clinical staff and collaborating with leadership to ensure quality patient services.
Must hold an MD or DO, be board eligible or certified in Family Medicine, and have an unrestricted license and prescribing authority in Iowa.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication management, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
Engages in community outreach, health education, and professional development, fostering community relationships and supporting clinical training.
Requires strong communication, analytical, and management skills, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and cost-effective practices.
