Family Practice Physician w/OB – Live Well Homecare

As a physician at our clinic, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care to patients, working both independently and with other providers.
Performance is evaluated through observation, consultation, and documentation.
We offer a $30K sign-on bonus and a $5K-$9K relocation allowance.

Salary ranges from $240,000 to $250,000 plus performance bonuses. We participate in HRSA and state loan repayment programs. All employees must use two-factor authentication to ensure security.
