The Primary Care Physician will deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive services, coordinate specialty referrals, and ensure efficient, cost-effective care within a managed care environment.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Qualifications include an MD or DO license, board certification/eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, and preferably bilingual proficiency.
