Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, following current standards.
Utilize managed care processes for cost-effective testing and referrals to specialists and facilities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation in EMR systems and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
Support a patient-centered approach within a team-based environment, tracking performance metrics.
Qualifications include MD or DO, with preferred experience in Family Medicine and understanding of managed care.
