We are hiring a Full-Time Family Practice Physician to provide primary and preventative care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.
The role is based at a health center located on Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio, with hours Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, and Tuesday evenings until 7 pm. No on-call hospital duties or weekend work.
Qualifications include current Board Certification, Ohio medical license, and graduation from an accredited medical school. Preferred experience in public health programs, quality improvement, and disease management. Certifications in CPR and NIMS/ICS are required within one year.
