We are hiring a Full-Time Family Practice Physician to deliver primary and preventative care for patients from newborns to geriatrics.
The position is based at a community health center on Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio, with hours Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, and Tuesday evenings until 7 pm. No weekend or holiday work and no hospital on-call commitments.
Qualifications include current board certification, medical license in Ohio, and relevant experience in public health and quality improvement. CPR certification and NIMS/ICS training within one year are required.
