Role Overview:
The Provider, whether a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, delivers high-quality healthcare in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They provide patient care in both clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety while adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. The role involves diagnosing, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and guiding patients on treatment plans. The Provider leads clinic staff, maintains accurate documentation, and participates in community outreach and training activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Active licenses, DEA registration, and DOT certification are required. The role requires strong communication, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience in urgent care, ER, or family medicine is advantageous.
