Provides ambulatory primary care services, ensuring quality and adherence to community standards.
Participates in developing healthcare plans, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational protocols.
Performs comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, orders tests, and prescribes treatments, including emergency responses.
Collaborates with physicians, conducts patient education, and makes referrals as needed.
Engages in quality management, staff education, research, and community outreach activities.
Responsible for maintaining documentation, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting organizational goals for serving underserved populations.
Requires Missouri RN licensure, Nurse Practitioner certification, strong communication skills, and ability to perform physical assessments.
