Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Primary Care clinic.
Provide quality clinical services, including exams, diagnoses, treatments, referrals, and patient education.Maintain clinical expertise, conduct scheduled clinic sessions, and ensure patient care meets standards.Manage a patient panel, perform emergency on-call duties, and maintain accurate health records.Participate in health promotion, education, and quality improvement initiatives.Supervise and mentor staff under the supervision of the Medical Director and assist in developing care protocols.Ensure compliance with infection control and practice standards.Qualifications include an advanced nursing degree, current Texas licensure, DEA registration, and CPR certification; preferred experience in family practice and bilingual skills.Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
