Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients of all ages.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention

Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion as needed

Maintain accurate records following HIPAA standards

Utilize telehealth technologies to improve access to care

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, excellent communication, and team collaboration. Experience with pediatrics and telehealth is a plus.
