Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care across all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.

Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion as needed.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.

Utilize telehealth to improve patient access.

Qualifications: Master’s in Nursing, valid Oklahoma NP license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, excellent communication, and team collaboration. Experience with pediatric patients and telehealth knowledge are a plus.
