Family Nurse Practitioner

We are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care across all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients on health and prevention.

Perform procedures like suturing and IV insertion.

Maintain accurate medical records adhering to HIPAA standards.

Utilize telehealth to improve patient access.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid Oklahoma NP license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, and excellent communication. Experience with pediatrics and telehealth is a plus.
