We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams and assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties. Develop personalized care plans, manage diverse health issues, and coordinate specialist referrals. Utilize EHR systems for documentation and care coordination, and provide patient education on health maintenance and lifestyle modifications. Participate in telehealth services to expand access, ensure compliance with HIPAA, and uphold infection control standards. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and wound care, with proficiency in diagnostic imaging and coding. Skills include EHR proficiency, diverse specialty knowledge, procedural skills, and strong communication.
Pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00/hour, with 8-16 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and employee discounts.
