We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans for acute and chronic conditions. Manage diverse health issues such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology, reproductive health, and mental health. Utilize EHR systems for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate in telehealth services to improve access. Perform procedures like suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and interpret diagnostic imaging. Candidates should have proficiency with EHR, strong communication skills, and experience across medical specialties.
Pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00 per hour, with flexible weekly hours (8-16). Benefits include employee discounts and flexible scheduling.
