Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop personalized care plans.

Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications include: active California license, experience in primary care, proficiency in EMR/EHR, strong clinical and communication skills, and familiarity with medical coding.
