Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a primary care setting.

Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic results.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications: Active California FNP or PA license, experience in primary care preferred, proficiency with EMR systems, strong clinical and communication skills, and knowledge of chronic disease management.
