We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans across various medical disciplines including family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics, cardiology, and dermatology. Manage diverse health issues such as chronic diseases, reproductive health, mental health, and preventive screenings. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation and care coordination. Provide patient education, coordinate specialist referrals, and participate in telehealth services. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and wound care, and manage complex cases involving ventilator support or post-operative recovery. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Skills include proficiency with EHRs, diagnostic imaging, diverse specialty knowledge, and strong communication skills. Pay ranges from $65.00 to $70.00 per hour, with flexible hours of 8-16 per week. Benefits include employee discounts and schedule flexibility.
