Develop personalized care plans and manage issues across various specialties including family medicine, cardiology, dermatology, obstetrics, and more. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation and care coordination. Educate patients on health maintenance, prevention, and treatment options. Coordinate referrals and participate in telehealth services to improve access. Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Manage complex cases and ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Possess strong communication skills and proficiency in diagnostic imaging and coding. Pay ranges from $65-$70/hour, with 8-16 hours weekly, offering flexible schedules and employee discounts.
