We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to patients of all ages.
Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans. Deliver services such as health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with healthcare teams and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and educate patients on health strategies. Manage acute and chronic illnesses in various settings, including clinics and emergency rooms. Utilize imaging and employ utilization management to optimize care. Specialize in areas like occupational health, infectious diseases, and aliment management. Requirements: Valid certification/licensure, experience in primary care or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
