Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Deliver primary and acute care across all ages.

Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated patient management.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.

Perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertion as needed.

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.

Utilize telehealth to improve patient access.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma license, strong clinical skills, EMR proficiency, excellent communication, and team collaboration. Pediatric experience and telehealth knowledge are a plus.
