Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Pryor, OK, to provide comprehensive primary and acute care across all ages.

Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.

Perform procedures such as suturing and IV insertion.

Maintain accurate records following HIPAA guidelines.

Utilize telehealth to improve patient access.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing, valid Oklahoma license, strong clinical and communication skills, EMR proficiency, experience with pediatric patients preferred, telehealth knowledge a plus.
