We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, holistic care across all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic treatments.
Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and managing illnesses, conducting minor procedures, counseling patients, and coordinating care with specialists.
Ideal candidates possess extensive family medicine knowledge, strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and organizational abilities.
Requirements include an Illinois Medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and MD or DO degree.
