Family Medicine Physician (Primary Care)
Provide full-spectrum primary care within a collaborative family medicine practice. Serve a large, loyal patient panel and deliver patient-focused, efficient care supported by EPIC.
Key Duties
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care across a wide range of patient needs.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and the broader care team.
- Use EPIC to manage documentation and support coordinated patient care.
- Maintain continuity of care and support preventive health and chronic disease management.
Qualifications
- MD/DO with training in family medicine or equivalent primary care specialty.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Experience or familiarity with EPIC and electronic health record workflows.
